Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Regional Property Manager MMI Property Solutions Springfield, MO Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $75,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Qualifications Property management tools Managing property portfolios Property management company experience Full Job Description Position Overview The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and physical performance of a portfolio of multifamily and/or commercial properties throughout the Western region. This role provides leadership and support to onsite teams, ensures successful property transitions and renovations, and drives overall asset performance while maintaining exceptional resident experiences. This role will include 75% travel with sites in North Dakota and Texas. Key Responsibilities Portfolio & Operational Oversight Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of properties to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to onsite property managers and staff Conduct regular site visits to evaluate property conditions, team performance, and resident satisfaction Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Property Transitions & Renovations Lead the transition of newly acquired properties from third-party management to in-house management Develop and execute transition plans, including staffing, systems implementation, and operational alignment Oversee property renovation projects, including scope development, budgeting, timelines, and execution Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Financial Performance & Leasing Strategy Collaborate with property managers on unit pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue Assist in developing and implementing leasing incentives and marketing strategies Monitor property financials, including revenue, expenses, and NOI performance Ensure payroll for onsite staff is accurate, timely, and compliant Team Development & Compliance Ensure onsite teams are fully trained and up to date on all required certifications and company training programs Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of property staff Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, communication, and results Resident Experience & Escalations Handle and resolve escalated resident concerns and sensitive issues in a professional and timely manner Support onsite teams in maintaining a positive community environment Ensure high standards of customer service are upheld across all properties Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in property management, with multi-site or regional experience required Strong knowledge of multifamily operations, leasing, and financial performance metrics Proven experience managing teams and leading through change or transitions Experience overseeing renovations or capital improvement projects preferred Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to travel frequently within the Western US region (75%) Proficiency in AppFolio property management software

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
