These are HUD and Tax Credit properties. Qualified Candidates will have 1+ years of multi-site property management experience and knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines. Must have a current California Real Estate Sales License or be able to obtain one within nine months of hire. Must have strong supervisory experience.Salary range:
$90,000.00 to $148,000.00 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $90,000.00 to $119,000.00 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.COMPANY OVERVIEW
