Early September 2026 About the Role We are a growing property management company in Salt Lake City with a strong foundation in HOA management. We're launching a new residential and commercial property management division and need a driven, hands-on leader to build it from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role — it's a true entrepreneurial opportunity to acquire clients, close deals, and scale a portfolio. The right person will have significant autonomy and a clear path to a Director-level role as the division grows. You will own the launch and growth of our residential/commercial property management division in the Salt Lake City market. You'll work directly with the owner, leverage our existing infrastructure (CINC, Rentvine, LeadSimple, Google Suite), and be responsible for bringing in new doors and making the division profitable. This role requires someone who moves fast, follows up relentlessly, and gets deals closed. Key Responsibilities Actively prospect, network, and close new residential and commercial management contracts Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals Manage the full lifecycle of new clients: onboarding, leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting Hit aggressive growth targets — we expect consistent month-over-month door growth Lay the foundation for future team members as the portfolio scales Track key metrics and report directly to ownership on progress and results What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days Signed management contracts for a meaningful number of doors Established a pipeline of warm leads and active prospects Demonstrated consistent, proactive follow-up and urgency without needing constant direction Qualifications (Must-Haves) Active Utah Real Estate License (required) 2+ years of property management experience, ideally with a track record of growing a portfolio Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business — you don't wait for leads to come to you Strong local Salt Lake City / Utah real estate network is a major plus Experience with property management software (CINC, Rentvine, LeadSimple, or similar) strongly preferred Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and moves with urgency — you don't need to be chased to get things done Excellent communication and follow-through Compensation & Incentives We're looking for someone who wants to build something , not just collect a paycheck. We have limited runway, so we're structuring this role with real skin in the game and real upside.
