Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description
Through transforming unused building spaces into high-impact digital communication channels, the company's model is a win-win: property managers receive a zero-cost amenity that elevates tenant experience and provides dedicated display space for building announcements, entirely funded by premium advertising revenue. Position Overview The company is seeking a results-driven, highly proactive professional to join their New York team as a Senior BD Closer . This is a part-time opportunity (approximately 10 hours/week, working hours beyond the approved schedule is not permitted without prior management approval) designed for individuals who excel in field outreach, landlord and property management engagement, and deal execution. What You'll Do
- Identify and evaluate commercial and residential properties with a minimum of 8 floors across New York City.
- Engage decision-makers such as building owners, asset managers, and property management executives directly through strategic field prospecting and digital outreach.
- Deliver compelling pitches highlighting thousands of dollars in property amenity value delivered at zero cost to the landlord to reach the agreements.
- Navigate landlord concerns regarding content control, installation logistics, and existing vendor relationships effectively.
- Execute agreement and secure signed contracts to expand our NYC screen portfolio and accelerate network density.
- Maintain accurate, daily records of all prospect interactions, meetings, and deal stages in HubSpot CRM.
- You will build the company's New York building portfolio. Every step of the process is yours -- from the first conversation to the signed agreement. Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of B2B sales closing experience with a proven record of closing, specifically interacting directly with building owners, asset managers, or property management companies.
- You have sold into at least one of the following: commercial real estate ownership or management, residential property management, PropTech, elevator services, building services, facilities management, or a related field where your buyer was a building owner or property manager.
- You are highly self-disciplined, resilient, coachable, and comfortable conducting direct field sales across NYC.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus. Experience with HubSpot CRM and prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Biscred) is highly desirable.
- You will own the full sales cycle -- from identifying the right buildings and reaching the decision maker, to presenting the value proposition, handling every objection, and getting the agreement signed then closing the deal independently. What You'll Achieve

Base Hourly Pay:
Starting at$24.00 / hour (Part-Time, approximately 10 hours/week, working hours beyond the approved schedule is not permitted without prior management approval)Commission:
