The Role The Senior Property Manager serves as the operational leader of the Northwest Arkansas market. This individual is responsible for leading, developing, and supporting the local property management team while ensuring operational excellence, exceptional client service, and strong financial performance across the portfolio. Success in this role comes from balancing leadership with execution. Senior Property Managers coach and develop their team, establish accountability, improve processes, and step in when needed to support complex owner, tenant, or operational matters. They set the standard for communication, responsiveness, and professionalism while partnering closely with company leadership to drive growth and continuously improve the client experience.
