Full‑time, hybrid (4-5 days/week in office, light remote weekend coverage) About Us MysteryPokeSlabs is a fast‑growing Pokémon mystery box brand based in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We run monthly giveaways for huge vintage Pokémon prizes + cash, ship premium mystery boxes daily, and our organic social drives hundreds of new and returning customers each month. We're looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to own our 7‑day content & engagement pipeline so our founders can focus on creative and growth. What You'll Do Daily content & posting (7 days/week) Post daily giveaway Stories/Reels across IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts. Post pre‑built Pokémon content across channels. Post 3-4 customer win/review posts per day (feed + Stories). Share relevant posts to Stories and our giveaway winners channels. Community & UGC Check comments/DMs 1-2x/day: Answer basic questions from templates, Route real support issues to CS, Surface good UGC/reviews for the team. Screenshot customer reviews and giveaway wins, organize them for use on site and in ads. Publishing & coordination Maintain a simple content calendar (what goes out, where, when). Write short, on‑brand captions and pick thumbnails. Coordinate with editors/UGC partners to receive finished videos and get them posted on time. Light production support (in‑office) 4-5 days/week in office: Help film daily flash giveaway winners (run camera, basic audio), Capture occasional BTS/packing POV clips. What Success Looks Like Consistent, on‑brand content on IG/TikTok/FB/YouTube Shorts 7 days/week , without founders touching upload. Comments/DMs are cleared of basic questions and escalated issues reach support. Constant flow of fresh reviews, winners, and UGC organized for marketing. Organic continues to drive meaningful new and returning customers each month. Requirements Must‑haves 1-3+ years managing social media for a brand or as a creator (IG/FB + TikTok; YT Shorts a plus). Comfortable posting multiple times per day across platforms. Strong organizational skills and reliability with schedules/content calendars. Solid written communication; can write short, clear, on‑brand captions. Comfortable with basic tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok/IG posting, Google Drive/Sheets, simple editing tools like CapCut/Canva). Able to work 4-5 days/week in our Santa Rosa Beach office , plus light remote weekend check‑ins (with a weekday off or adjusted hours). Thick skin and maturity - can handle intense comments without taking them personally. Nice‑to‑haves Interest in Pokémon / TCG / gaming. Experience filming short‑form content (phone camera, basic framing). Experience coordinating with editors/UGC creators.
