'drome Specialty Boozy Boba Bar & Street Eats - Seaside, FL We're looking for an experienced bartender who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate is confident under pressure, works with a sense of urgency, and maintains a positive attitude during busy shifts. You should be able to multitask efficiently, stay organized, and provide outstanding service while producing quality beverages consistently. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages with accuracy and consistency. Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional guest service. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift. Anticipate business needs and stay ahead of the rush through proper preparation. Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service. Follow all alcohol service laws, safety standards, and company procedures. Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred. Ability to remain calm, efficient, and organized during peak service. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
