In this role, you will manage program operations, develop innovative support strategies, and foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners. Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of social workers, ensuring they deliver compassionate, effective services aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards Oversee program development initiatives to enhance service quality, expand outreach, and meet evolving client needs Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, case assignments, and documentation to ensure smooth program functioning Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and other stakeholders to promote collaborative care Develop and monitor budgets for programs, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently Provide guidance on behavioral health interventions and support strategies tailored to youth Conduct performance evaluations, supervise and conduct staff training, and foster a positive team environment focused on professional growth Experience One year of proven full-time paid supervisory experience in social work, counseling, psychology, child and youth development, criminal justice, or a related field. Demonstrated success in program development and implementation within social services or related fields Strong relationship management skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders including clients, families, service providers, and community organizations.
