Established Property Management Company seeking a qualified Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Cumberland Ri! Qualified candidates will have demonstrated the following skills and experience: Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions Preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant lease agreements Strong background in maintenance and delgating maintenance tasks. Assisting Property Manager with overseeing maintenance team and assessing new vendors. Assisting Property Manager with overseeing all financial procedures including verifying renter income, processing monthly payments and executing default protocols Handling and updating renter's insurance with current and incoming residents. Processing lease renewals, move outs, and other leasing focused duties. Scheduling service contractors and on site maintenance Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions and prompt renter complaint resolution

Assistant Property Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED certificate Prior experience in residential property management Strong work ethic and a self-starting personality Under the guidance of the on site Property Manager, you will be a key part in helping the property succeed and providing a positive experience for your residents.
