Salary:
$64,480 - $68,640 per year Key Responsibilities Leadership & Staff Development Supervise, coach, and support residential staff Create a positive, team-oriented work environment Train and mentor new employees Contribute to performance evaluations and staff development Program & Team Oversight Manage day-to-day operations of the residential program Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and staff training Lead team meetings and ensure clear communication across staff Ensure staff understand and meet the needs of individuals served Operations & Compliance Monitor documentation (incident reports, care plans, timesheets) Ensure compliance with agency policies and RI state regulations Support household budgeting and maintain quality standards Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (preferred) 3-5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or human services 3 years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional Knowledge of IDD services and Rhode Island regulatory requirements Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive (experience with EMAR, Sandata, or similar systems is a plus) Benefits Comprehensive Benefits Package (valued at $20K+) Medical Insurance (BCBS
