A mission-driven nonprofit is looking for an organized, motivated Affordable Housing Assistant Property Manager to help run their residential portfolio.

Affordable Housing Assistant Property Manager:

Assist with leasing, give property tours, process applications, and help keep occupancy high. Help prepare and process tenant initial and interim recertifications under LIHTC, Section 8, and HUD guidelines. Serve as a go-to contact for residents, answering questions and helping resolve community concerns. Support rent collections, post payments, and help manage minor account delinquencies. Affordable Housing Assistant Property Manager:

1-2+ years of property management or strong residential administrative experience (affordable housing background a plus). Basic familiarity with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, or Fair Housing regulations preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, customer-first approach.
