PROPERTY MANAGER

Canning Management Group is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a team responsible for six communities with over 300 affordable and market rent units. Under the direction of the Senior Property Manager your duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Property operations including leasing, collections, payables, maintenance oversight, resident relations.
• Manage HUD paperwork including vouchers, certifications, EIV and Waitlists
• Vendor management
• Regularly walk the property and perform annual unit inspections. Experience/Skills
• Affordable Property Management experience is required which includes Section 8 and LIHTC.
• Knowledge of RealPage/OneSite is a plus
• Demonstrated career progression
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.
