Assist with leasing, property tours, and processing applications. Ensure accurate documentation and communication with tenants and prospects. Help prepare tenant initial and interim recertifications under LIHTC, Section 8, and HUD guidelines. Serve as a go-to contact for residents, answering questions and helping resolve community concerns. Support rent collections, post payments, and help manage minor account delinquencies. Assistant Property Manager:

1-2+ years of property management or strong residential administrative experience. An affordable housing background is a plus. Basic familiarity with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, or Fair Housing regulations preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, customer-first approach.
