Job Description

About The Role:
Support the Property Manager or higher staff in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial or retail properties including marketing, operations and financial activities.
What You'll Do:
Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensure that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards. Assist in performing periodic regular property inspections. Recommend alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Review and recommend approvals for accurate payment of vendor invoices on behalf of the property owner. Responsible for assignment of Purchase Orders. Assist with the preparation of accurate tenant billings. Assist in coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walk-through" spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department. Assist in preparing and delivering timely, accurate and complete reports. May assist in producing research data on budget line items or entering budget data provided by manager into budget reports. No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provide informal assistance such as operational guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
