We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee approximately 100 residential rental properties . No real estate license is required, but prior property management experience is a must. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of approximately 100 rental homes Communicate with tenants and address questions or concerns Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and maintenance staff Handle rent collection and follow up on delinquent accounts Manage move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and lease renewals Market vacant properties and coordinate showings Maintain accurate tenant and property records Help ensure properties are well maintained and issues are handled promptly Qualifications Previous property management experience

Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable working with tenants, contractors, and property owners Basic computer and property-management software skills Real estate/property management license NOT required Full-time position.
