The Opportunity As Plumbing Manager of our Greenville office, you will own the day-to-day operations of our plumbing division. You are the person who sets the tone, holds the standard, and drives the results. You will report directly to company leadership and have a real seat at the table when it comes to decisions that shape the direction of this company. What You'll Own People & Performance Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential plumbing service technicians Conduct regular ride-alongs, performance conversations, and technician reviews Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride in the work Operations & Scheduling Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch in coordination with the operations team Ensure technicians are equipped, prepared, and on time for every job Monitor job completion, callback rates, and quality of work across the division Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure every issue is resolved to the customer's satisfaction Revenue & Profitability Own the plumbing division's revenue targets and key performance metrics Monitor average ticket, close rate, and technician productivity on a weekly basis Identify opportunities to grow revenue through service quality, training, and team development What We're Looking For You are the right fit if you have a strong background in residential plumbing, a track record of leading people, and the drive to own a division and grow it. Required:
Proven experience managing or supervising a team in a residential service environment Strong background in residential plumbing — you understand the work your technicians do Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, manage KPIs, and hold a team accountable Excellent communication skills with both your team and customers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High School Diploma or GED required Preferred (not required): Active SC Plumbing License or equivalent Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software Background in residential home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) Experience managing in a flat-rate or performance-based pay environment
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
