Property Manager:

SC Regional Housing Authority #3 has an opportunity available for a FT Property Manager for the Hardeeville and Fairfax, SC Area. Duties include, but limited to, overseeing property maintenance to ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner. Conducts regular inspections of the property to identify any issues or areas that require attention. Handles tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Manages lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and rent collection. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other property-related projects as directed. Maintains accurate records and files related to property management activities. Performs data entry tasks to update tenant information, lease agreements, and financial records , and assures all phases of the property operate efficiently and in accordance with HUD regulations. An associate's degree is preferred or one or more years experience in property management. Must have a Property Management Certification or pursue certification within 6 months of hire. Must have a general knowledge of computers and the ability to process and maintain confidential information. The ideal candidate must be dependable, a self-starter and a great communicator with a passion to help others succeed. 4, 10-hour workweek and 3-day weekend!!
