The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the assigned property Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Advertise and market vacant apartments to attract tenants Collect accounts receivable and manage operating expenses Skills Proven work experience as HUD/Tax Credit manager Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects Understand HUD and tax credit rules and regulations
