Qualifications:

2+ years of multifamily leasing experience required Previous lease-up experience strongly preferred Licensed to sign residential lease agreements in South Carolina Proven success in leasing, resident retention, and occupancy growth Experience coaching and motivating leasing professionals Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata experience preferred) Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:
