Beach One Rentals is looking for a licensed Property Manager to join our team and help manage a large residential portfolio in the South Carolina market. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with tenants, owners, and vendors on a daily basis.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is an in-office position with some local travel required to visit properties throughout the portfolio. Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations for an assigned portion of our residential property portfolio Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners Coordinate closely with the maintenance coordinator to ensure maintenance requests and vendor communication are handled efficiently. Conduct property inspections and site visits as needed Ensure compliance with South Carolina landlord-tenant law and lease terms Handle lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs Maintain accurate records and documentation across all managed properties Communicate professionally and promptly with all parties involved Requirements Active South Carolina Real Estate License or South Carolina Property Manager License (required) Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related field preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities at once Comfortable using property management software (AppFolio experience a plus) Reliable transportation for property visits Professional, customer-service-oriented approach to tenant and owner relationships What We Offer Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate for property travel Stable, in-office schedule (no weekend or evening hours) Supportive team environment If you are a licensed property management professional looking for a stable, full-time opportunity in the Myrtle Beach area, we would love to hear from you.
