A national company is seeking a customer-service-oriented Property Steward to join our team at a premier mixed-use center in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Property Steward will provide a welcoming, helpful presence throughout the property while assisting retail shoppers, tenants, residents, visitors, and vendors .

Key Responsibilities:

Walk throughout the property and provide friendly, professional customer service. Assist vendors, retail tenants, residents, shoppers, and visitors with questions and general needs. Help support and coordinate marketing events and property activities. Perform light porter duties, including: Policing the property for trash and debris. Pulling and returning trash and recycling bins. Sweeping and dusting building lobbies and common areas. Helping maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment. Report maintenance, safety, or property concerns to the appropriate team members. Represent the property and company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires you to be on your feet and walking throughout the majority of your shift . The ability to comfortably walk the property for extended periods and perform light physical tasks is essential. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, professional, observant, and genuinely enjoys helping people .
