Job Description

Full Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple residential communities in the Myrtle Beach, SC region. This role combines on-site responsibilities with remote administrative work to ensure efficient property performance, strong resident relations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities IncludeTravel on a regular basis to visit assigned territory and site staff.

Maintain day to day property operations for assigned communities through high communication with site staff.

Track budget variances and ensure smooth recovery processOversee the billing process including payment of invoices and disbursement of fundsMonitor cash flow and cash requirements in conjunction with Senior Manager to ensure efficient use of cashPerform regular property inspections with staff and State ProgramsEnsure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directivesSupport occupancy goals and uphold property appearance and safety standards.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Must have LIHTC experiencePossess real estate license or willing to work towards oneStrong knowledge of finance and building operationsProven experience in management, evaluation, development, and motivation of subordinatesAbility to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendorsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteWe require pre-employment credit and criminal background checkWe require pre-employment and periodic drug testing
