Overview Pawleys Island Realty is seeking an experienced, motivated and strategic Property Manager to join our amazing team. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service to property owners and guests, optimizing operational efficiencies and driving owner satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate has experience in revenue management, the ability to analyze property performance and operational metrics, have excellent communication skills, and be a team player. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners. Ensure owner satisfaction and retention through proactive communication. Ensure timely resolution of guest, owner and property related issues. Work in conjunction with all departments to achieve company standards. Analyze property performance and operational metrics. Collaborate with other departments to maximize property performance. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Identify opportunities for growth, innovation and enhanced owner experience. Support company objectives and long-term business goals. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of property management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with property management software and technology platforms. Saturday work day required.
