What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience South Carolina Property Manager's License required Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive performance Ability to work Monday through Friday CAM and/or CAPS designations are a plus A valid driver's license , auto insurance, and reliable transportation What You'll Do As the Property Manager, you will be fully accountable for the overall success of the community. You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop your team, maximize occupancy and revenue, manage budgets and expenses, ensure policy compliance, and create an outstanding experience for residents and prospects alike.
