Job Description
A. Responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns from that asset in accordance with the owner's objectives. B. Ensures staff compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure staff performance of duties on a timely basis. C. Completes all Income Certifications and related compliance reports. D. Supervises maintenance staff as well as scheduling of maintenance work and make-ready procedures. E. Maintains relationships with all residents, ensuring consistent application of property policies. F. Implements rent collection, processes applications, completes move-in and move-out procedures, and works with case managers/other agencies to comply with lease terms.
