Job Overview:
As a Property Manager at Lake City Living, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and overall success of our residential properties. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property management activities, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance property value.
Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations:
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests. Conduct regular communication to ensure tenant satisfaction and address any issues proactively. Facilitate the leasing process, including tenant screening, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out procedures. 2.
Property Maintenance:
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Schedule and supervise regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues. Ensure that all properties comply with local regulations and safety standards. 3.
Financial Management:
Manage property budgets, including rent collection, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize property performance. 4.
Leasing and Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. Conduct market analysis to set competitive rental rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings and promotional materials. 5.
Legal Compliance:
Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations affecting property management. Ensure properties comply with legal requirements, including fair housing regulations. 6.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with maintenance staff, leasing agents, and administrative personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in property management or a related role. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in property management software. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
