Property Manager Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an apartment leasing agent in Huron, SD. As an apartment leasing agent, you will be responsible for leasing apartments to potential tenants, maintaining positive relationships with current tenants, and ensuring the overall success of our property.

Responsibilities:

Conduct apartment tours and show available units to prospective tenants Screen prospective tenants and complete lease agreements Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and prepare related documentation Assist with rent collection and follow-up on delinquent accounts Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the property and the surround community Collaborate with property management team to identify and implement marketing strategies

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in leasing or customer service role preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We offer a competitive salary, a compressive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.
