Key Responsibilities Shift Leadership:

Oversee daily home operations, supply management, and smooth shift handoffs.

Team Mentorship:

Onboard, train, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

Care Quality:

Ensure adherence to support plans (ISPs/BSPs) and perform quality audits.

Direct Care & Support:

Provide hands-on care, medication tracking, and crisis intervention as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (Degree/CPR preferred). 1+ years caregiving/DSP experience; supervisory experience preferred. 18+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean background check. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with mobility/physical care. Willingness to complete Med Admin & CPI (30 days) and NADSP Supervisor training (6 months).
