Leasing Consultation - The People Person Who Never Drops the Ball Are you warm and persistent with people without being pushy? Are you the person your friends call when they need something organized? Are you someone that can keep mental tabs on six things at once and somehow none of them slip? Are you someone who takes quiet pride in the quality of your work with your files are tidy, your follow-ups timely, and when you hand something off it's done right? If that sounds like you on a normal Tuesday, we'd like to meet you. The Role As our Leasing Consultant, you're the person who keeps everything moving. You'll guide prospects through tours, walk residents through the leasing process step by step, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks with follow-up calls, paperwork, renewal reminders, and insurance tracking. No two days look exactly alike, and that's the point. One hour you're showing an apartment, the next you're tracking down a document, the next you're solving a resident's concern with a calm and a smile. This role rewards people who thrive in a changing pace and find satisfaction in being the organized center of a busy operation.
