$18/hr
Schedule:
3rd shift (11: 00 pm-7:30 am), including weekends and holidays for 40-48 hours per week Weekly overtime paid 1 ½ hourly rate; double pay for working holidays The Heritage at Brentwood is a premier senior living community looking for full-time hospitality-focused Community Courtesy Officer (CCO) to assist residents and serve as a trusted resource for 24/7 safety and security in our senior living community and skilled nursing facility. Job Responsibilities Interacts with and assists senior living residents, families, employees, vendors, and visitors in a courtesy role Conducts regular patrols inside/outside buildings and around the property Assists nursing staff and emergency responders with wellness checks, emergency calls, and fire alarms Conducts regular fire drills in skilled nursing facility Assists with badge system and door accesses Performs light preventive maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Active license as an Unarmed Security Guard/Officer in the State of Tennessee required or eligible to become licensed At least one years' experience in security preferred High level of interpersonal and customer service skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all customers Benefits Medical, dental, vision, voluntary life & short-term disability Employer-paid basic life and long-term disability Employee Referral Bonus Program DailyPay - Work today, get paid today!
