• This is a part-time position offering 25-30 hours a week.

Hours will vary from Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday's will be required from 9am-12pm. We are a local self-storage facility that is a state-of-the-art, safe, clean, and exciting place to work. We are seeking the right person to fill Management duties at our location Clarksville Lock Storage (North & South) . You will be working between both locations as well as site visits to our unmanned facility on State Hwy 48. The person we select will be paid an hourly rate with potential of bonuses. You MUST have a driver's license and transportation. If managing a storage facility sounds boring and laborious to you, please do not apply. We are looking for somebody who understands people and enjoys working with them as 80% or more of your job will be working with customers, prospective customers, and various community figures. We do not require that you have a college degree or any experience in the self-storage industry.

It's important that you can perform administrative tasks, that you are capable, and able to learn state laws and auction procedures. It's important that the applicant can perform property maintenance, keeping the grounds and facility clean and the office organized and tidy.
