Property Manager - Apartment Community Description Property Manager Clarksville, IN | $55,000 $65,000 annually A National Multifamily Housing Company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee in Clarksville, IN . This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, including team leadership, leasing, financial performance, and resident relations. Identify opportunities to increase income, control expenses, and improve net operating income

Team Leadership:

Direct and mentor on-site staff while maintaining a positive and productive work environment

Leasing:

Oversee marketing and leasing efforts to maintain strong occupancy and rental income

Financial Oversight:

Process invoices, manage rental income, and monitor delinquencies

Resident Relations:

Address resident concerns and maintain positive relationships throughout the communities What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in multifamily housing 1+ years of direct Property Manager experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required Ready to Apply?
