Job Description

Property management company seeks a Assistant Site Manager for available full-time position (40 hrs per week) in Fairview, TN. The Assistant Property Manager provides operational support to the Property Manager in areas such as, but not limited to, clerical work, rent collection, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience & Training High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous property management experience preferred. Previous property management experience at a Rural Development, Tax Credit, or HUD property preferred. Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
Other Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in the use of computers, email, fax, scanner, and software applications. Ability to establish effective relationships with the public and co-workers. Must be able to concentrate on intricate detail with some interruption. Must be able to understand and relate the concepts behind specific ideas and policies to others. Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must have reliable transportation to make bank deposits, purchase supplies, and attend training. Must have a valid driver's license. Must successfully pass criminal, credit, and reference checks.
Pay/Benefits:
$17.00-$18.00/hr depending upon experience Eligible for insurance benefits and paid time off after 60 days of employment Eligible for paid holidays $35 per paycheck fuel reimbursement + $15 per paycheck cellphone reimbursement provided. Uniform shirts are provided.
