We're looking for a Property Manager who takes pride in delivering outstanding resident experiences while driving operational success. What You'll Do As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the community by: Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests Driving and maintaining high occupancy levels Managing rent collections and following up on delinquencies Conducting daily property walks to ensure standards are met Overseeing and managing the property budget to maximize profitability Responding to after-hours emergencies when necessary Planning and hosting engaging resident events quarterly Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team Ensuring office operations and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time Promptly following up with prospects and applicants Ensuring full compliance with Fair Housing laws and local/state regulations Supporting company goals, values, and community initiatives What We're Looking For 3+ years of management experience (property management preferred) 3+ years of strong customer service experience 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams and vendors Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle Ability to be active throughout the day (walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.) Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) A self-starter who is detail-oriented and takes initiative.
