Contract We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Property Inspector to help ensure vacation rental homes in the Tennessee Smoky Mountains are guest-ready before every arrival. This is an independent, field-based opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail who takes pride in helping deliver an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Do Complete pre-stay inspections before guest arrivals. Confirm homes are clean, organized, safe, and ready for guests. Identify, document, and report maintenance concerns. Take photos and complete inspection checklists using a mobile platform. Complete guest runs, such as linens, toiletries, and guest supplies. Fulfill in-stay guest requests as needed. Conduct inventory checks and restock supplies when needed. Communicate clearly with the local operations team. Compensation $30 per completed inspection. What We're Looking For Reliable transportation. A smartphone with internet access. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, or property management is a plus, but not required.
