Job Description

Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to join our team and support the efficient operation of our properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily property management activities, coordinate maintenance and leasing efforts, and ensure a positive experience for tenants. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and excels in communication, organization, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and property upkeep, including traveling to properties as needed Schedule and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and effective communication between vendors and tenants Support leasing efforts by managing applications, scheduling showings, and assisting with lease agreements Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained Maintain accurate records of property activities, maintenance, and tenant communications Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth property operations Manage rent collection and lease renewals as needed
Requirements:
Job Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Strong sense of urgency, reliability, and attention to detail Experience in property management preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital tools Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally, including tenant and financial matters Willingness and ability to travel to properties for inspections, coordination, tours, and other tasks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to pass a background check Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
