In this role, you will lead engaging training sessions, foster teamwork, and promote a positive sporting environment. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help players improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game to the fullest. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on aspiring athletes while honing your coaching talents. Responsibilities Design and deliver dynamic private (1-on-1) and small group speed and agility training programs tailored to various age groups and skill levels Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants Provide constructive feedback to help players improve their techniques and understanding of the game Communicate effectively with players, parents, and team staff to ensure clear expectations and progress updates Support the development of sportsmanship, discipline, and positive behavior among athletes Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in providing speed and agility instruction or coaching to students of any age. Experience with Vertimax Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse groups of students or athletes
