Job Description

Assistant Property Manager Overview We re looking for a driven and organized Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations and help keep our community running smoothly. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working closely with the Property Manager to drive occupancy, maintain resident satisfaction, and hit financial goals. What You ll Do Support daily property operations, leasing, and resident relations Assist with rent collection, delinquency management, and financial reporting Help maintain accurate records, lease files, and property data Assist with budget preparation and monitoring property performance Respond to resident concerns and help ensure a high level of customer service Support marketing and leasing efforts to maintain strong occupancy Coordinate with vendors and assist with invoice processing Help oversee unit turns and ensure apartments are move-in ready Conduct property walks to maintain community standards and identify issues Assist with scheduling and supporting on-site team members Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable housing laws What We re Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Working knowledge of leasing, operations, and property management preferred Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software 1+ year of property management experience preferred Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience CAM, CPM, or ARM certifications are a plus Why Choose UDC?
