Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

The Elite Team Agency is seeking a highly organized, driven, and service-oriented Full-Time Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of residential communities throughout Northeast Tennessee. This is not a typical property management position. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with residents and property owners, and maintaining communities to the highest standards. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple residential communities. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and property owners. Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee outside vendors and contractors. Conduct property inspections and ensure communities are maintained to company standards. Oversee lease compliance, renewals, notices, and move-in/move-out processes. Respond to resident concerns professionally and efficiently. Coordinate marketing and leasing efforts to maintain occupancy goals. Prepare owner reports and maintain accurate property records. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Tennessee landlord-tenant laws. Assist in budgeting, expense management, and property performance. Qualifications Previous property management, real estate, hospitality, or customer service management experience preferred. Tennessee Real Estate License Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using technology and property management software. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
