Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to lead the oversight and maintenance of residential properties. Relocation is required. We are looking for a qualified individual who is willing to train in Knoxville then relocate to Nashville. Duties Oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations to ensure smooth functioning of all systems and services. Manage facilities maintenance teams by supervising technicians and contractors, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure quality work Implement safety regulations in compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards; conduct safety inspections and enforce protocols to maintain a secure environment Track work orders, maintenance schedules, inventory levels, and asset records for efficient facilities management. Develop project plans for large-scale repairs or upgrades involving mechanical systems repair or facilities improvements; manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively. Skills Strong management skills with proven experience supervising facilities maintenance teams or managing property operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, communication, and documentation purposes. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high safety standards. Effective project management skills with a focus on scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving in complex environments Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, tenants or clients effectively.
