We're looking for a motivated Multi-Site Community Manager to lead the daily operations of two residential communities located in Manchester and La Vergne, Tennessee. You'll play an important role in leasing, resident relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, property appearance, and overall community performance. What You'll Do Take ownership of the daily operations and performance of both communities Build positive relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members Market available apartments and consistently follow up with prospective residents Conduct engaging property tours and help prospects find their next home Process applications and coordinate smooth, welcoming move-ins Monitor occupancy, availability, leasing activity, and lease renewals Collect rent and consistently follow established delinquency procedures Coordinate maintenance requests, unit turns, inspections, and vendor access Complete move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections Keep resident, leasing, and property records accurate and current Maintain clean, attractive, and welcoming communities Review invoices and verify that work has been completed correctly Address resident questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach Enforce lease terms and community policies fairly and consistently Follow all Fair Housing laws and company procedures Provide regular updates on occupancy, delinquency, leasing, maintenance, and property needs Identify challenges early and take action to keep operations moving forward Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations Experience supporting or managing multiple properties preferred Strong working knowledge of AppFolio property management software Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and lease administration Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills Experience managing leases, renewals, and lease-up activities Experience coordinating property maintenance, vendors, and unit turns Understanding of basic property budgeting and invoice review Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and spreadsheets Strong attention to detail when completing reports, data entry, and recordkeeping Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between both communities You'll Be a Great Fit If You Are Energetic, dependable, and ready to take initiative Friendly, professional, and approachable Organized and attentive to detail Motivated by goals and measurable results Comfortable managing priorities across two locations A strong problem-solver who follows through Confident handling resident concerns and difficult conversations professionally Passionate about resident service and community success Able to work independently while remaining connected and accountable to the team Excited to take ownership and make a difference What Success Looks Like Strong and consistent occupancy with low delinquency Timely and effective follow-up with prospects and residents Vacant apartments turned quickly, marketed effectively, and ready to show Accurate reporting and dependable completion of deadlines Well-maintained communities with strong curb appeal Positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members A proactive approach to solving problems and improving property performance Schedule This is a full-time position that will divide time between communities in Manchester and La Vergne.
