Emerald Housing Management is a growing affordable housing management company. We are seeking a full-time Section 8 Property Manager to oversee operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lease and market vacant units Collect and record rent payments Maintain full compliance with LIHTC and affordable housing regulations Prepare, process, and approve rental applications Supervise on-site maintenance staff and other personnel

Qualifications:

Prior experience in affordable housing property management (Section 8 experience required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using property management software Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills
