Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our multifamily property management team in a Class A environment. In this energetic role, you will support the overall operations of residential communities by assisting with leasing, tenant relations, administrative tasks, and property maintenance coordination. Duties Assist in managing day-to-day property operations, including leasing activities, rent collection, and lease or rental agreement management Support tenant screening processes, including application review and reference checks, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management to uphold high standards of property condition and resident satisfaction Utilize property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite for data entry, reporting, and record keeping Handle client communication with professionalism via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service and conflict management when necessary Contribute to budgeting efforts by tracking expenses and assisting with financial reporting Support legal administrative functions related to lease agreements, contracts, and landlord-tenant law compliance Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles, preferably within multifamily communities or property management companies Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, and customer relationship management tools Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations. Excellent organizational skills with experience in data entry, filing, and administrative support tasks Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and team members Proficiency in Google GSuite and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication purposes Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and presentation abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding residential experiences!
