Responsibilities Answer phones Respond to emails Greet and assist prospects and residents in a professional and friendly manner Provide accurate and detailed information about the property, including lease terms and pricing Administer keys to prospects for viewing properties Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally Take payments Enter, close, and file work orders Additional responsibilities to be added as needed Qualifications Enthusiastic, optimistic, and adaptable Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail Minimum high school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred Experience in a hospitality, retail, customer service and/or property management environment preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn computer/property management software quickly Outstanding customer service skills Ability to work well with others Strong conflict management resolution skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Schedule 7AM-4PM, Monday through Friday Closed on weekends and most major holidays •MMC is an equal opportunity employer
