Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Residential Property Manager to lead the operations of our residential apartment community in Murfreesboro, TN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the leasing and maintenance operations of the property. As Property Manager, you'll oversee leasing and maintenance functions, ensuring the property runs smoothly and meets high standards of service and care. You'll report to the Regional Property Manager and will collaborate closely with leadership to maintain the physical and financial health of the community. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring well-maintained grounds and facilities.
Manage resident lifecycle activities:
move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and lease renewals. Inspect vacant units and coordinate the apartment turnover process. Respond to maintenance requests and plan resident engagement activities. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Supervise and support the maintenance team. Maintain scheduling flexibility, including availability for occasional weekend work. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, or Associate's degree with equivalent professional background. Minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience, specifically with Class A rental properties Familiarity with Rent Café, Yardi Property, or similar property management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional property management certification is a plus. Preferred Skills Strong leadership and staff development skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High energy, attention to detail, and a commitment to resident satisfaction. Excellence in customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills

Full-time Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
