Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a keen understanding of property management, and the ability to foster positive relationships with residents. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and facilities management, ensuring that the community remains a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring high standards of service and resident satisfaction. Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Utilize Real Page software for data entry, lease management, and tracking resident accounts. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance needs. Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repairs and upkeep of facilities. Feature amenities and services to enhance resident experience. Maintain accurate records related to leasing agreements, contracts, and legal documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Organize community events to promote resident engagement and foster a sense of community.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or property management is preferred. Familiarity with Real Page or similar property management software is highly desirable. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and legal administrative processes is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with residents and staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience in facilities management is an advantage. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
