Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Summary:
The Property Management Specialist is essential to a large team that delivers extreme service on a new project for mobile phone operators. Team members will address inbound communication from cell site property owners to deescalate, diagnose, prioritize, and manage various property-related issues. Additional functions include database research, electronic document management, and outbound customer service interactions when needed.
Primary goals and responsibilities:
Reviewing and prioritizing inbound issues from property owners to determine which department is required to resolve the issue. Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer's concern. Strive for one call resolution. Diagnose, prioritize, and address a variety of property-related matters. Escalating queries and concerns to the appropriate departments. Maintain prompt and professional communication with property owners Troubleshoot common issues when possible Key Characteristics to be successful in this role: Skills 1. Excellent listener 2.
