Job Description
Houston Buzz Communications, a sales and development firm, is hiring a Community Outreach Manager to grow our mission. You'll identify clients that want to make a difference in Houston, then present opportunities that align with their goals. The Community Outreach Manager manages a sales pipeline of clients, closes agreements, and provides stewardship that generates repeat sales year after year. As a Community Outreach Manager, you'll receive training to engage clients personally, fostering relationships that drive sales. You'll share the vision of our mission, inspire action, and create opportunities for involvement. The Community Outreach Manager will focus on sales engagement, ensuring every conversation is an opportunity to drive sales and support. Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Manager Lead sales engagement initiative in person by connecting with clients to raise awareness and inspire support for the charity's mission. Drive fundraising success by building meaningful relationships and encouraging donations through personal conversations. Develop and implement effective outreach and sales strategies to expand the charity's reach and increase community involvement. Mentor sales team members to confidently share the charity's impact and convert conversations into generous contributions. Cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations to amplify the charity's message and boost donation levels. Monitor sales and outreach performance and refine approaches to maximize community support and overall charitable giving. Qualifications of a Community Outreach Manager A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in sales, outreach, or charity is a plus, but not mandatory. A purpose-driven work ethic to stay aligned with the charity's mission. Commitment to ethical outreach and representing the charity with integrity. Ability to manage projects while keeping initiatives organized and on track.
