The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance. This position requires a strong background in automotive sales, loan processing, and customer service, along with proficiency in financial software and credit analysis, CDK a must. Duties Oversee financial transactions and ensure accurate processing of loans and titles. Conduct credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing options. Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the financing process. Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all financial activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Utilize financial software to generate reports, analyze data, and support decision-making processes. Train and mentor staff on finance-related procedures and best practices. CDK a plus. Microsoft Office proficient. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of loan processing, credit analysis, and title processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in basic math and financial software applications. Ability to analyze financial data effectively and make informed recommendations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
