Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced Apartment Manager/ Assistant Manager to join our property management team in Austin.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our apartment complex (and neighboring complexes), ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our residents. The Assistant Apartment Manager will be responsible for managing the leasing process, coordinating maintenance and improvement projects, and the use of property management software.   • Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operations of the apartment complex
  • Coordinate and manage the leasing process, including showings, tours, and advertising
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including coordinating with vendors and contractors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including tenant files, maintenance logs, and property records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to concerns and addressing any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and improve overall resident satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales.
  • Experience with Property Management Software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with property leasing and maintenance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and repair procedures is preferred.
